Reckoning that ISOM must be nearly heading up the gardenpath now to ring the Weezl's doorbell....thinks "how big is Cardiff?" - been there before...but years and years and years ago - back in my 20s to be precise - so 'twill have changed loads since then I reckon....

I'm experimental mode tonight ...well I've got some amaranth on the boil right now...not cheap meal time tonight I'm afraid...and dont know if I'm gonna cook it right, as havent even eaten it (never mind cooked it) before. Not a lotta thought gone into what to put with it ... been focusing on campaigning and shush (whisper it!...buying...there got the b.....word outa the way...an outdoor-type jacket). But the rhubarb I might get round to and all is cheap (ie a freeby gift).

EDIT: Hmm...amaranth needs a lot more water to cook in than the packet says it does...is this even going to be edible?....

Right....now they've gone. ISOM has clearly gone off now to fetch the Weezl's and Weezl's light is out.

The coast is clear folks - heh, heh - or more to the point at chez ceridwen "shake, shake"....I'm actually a bit nervous here folks...witness...I wasnt planning on any wine with dinner tonight....honest! It's a 2-3 times per week thing here at chez ceridwen and I will go teetotal somewheres along the line...honest....but my excuse tonight (do I need one?) is I'm a bit/well rather nervous......the reason will emerge later........arms shaking....reaches for another gulp of wine......;) _pale_  :shhh:

Have a wonderful time you lot!

I've been abandoned by my brood, so I have to go for a while & tend to the wildlife & water me plants. I'll try to get back soon th, so just enjoy your marvellous banquet!

And--even tho technically this is Weezl & Acetate's end-of-term Ball, I'd like to Thank ISOM for her outstanding generosity & support of our Urban Survivalists.

Cheers to the three of you & Long May You Reign!:j
