Just wanted to add I made the lentil bolognese and it was lush! I had a friend round and she was eating, then she said... 'This mince tastes different, what type of meat is it?' :rotfl:Getting there... A deal at a time. :T0

Hi shaz,;) it was a couple of big ones, but for the last two months, only in tiny little dribs and drabs, as need prevailed. Why d'you ask? What do you do?

I am trying to get a better way organised i want to stockpile thus save money(hopefully) i am looking into bulk buying meat to fill the new freezer
But in order to get ahead it seems to be difficult and of course stuff gets eaten in the meantime
as well as that extra "bargain hunting expeditions" to various shops mean spending more
I am beginning to think monthly shop and then stay out the shops may be better
I like the idea of shoping at home best

:rotfl:...and I'm just about to edit my sig to say I've got 12p left!!!
The last of the money went on 2 packets instant mash, 1 bottle value hair conditioner, and 2 litres fresh milk.
Gulp.
Wish me well!
So perhaps I should end by saying 'that's the way, the money goes!'
Pop!'
