My dad has been in touch and wants to see me. It's brought back a lot of bad memories so I've just spent the past 2 hours crying and having panic attacks.

My dad and I don't have a great relationship. I don't hate him but I don't love him like I should. He hurt my mum and I so much, and even though everything happened many years ago I still have the memories, and they are so vivid.

I don't know how to tell him I don't want to see him. I don't want to hurt his feelings. Does that make me weird? He hurt my mum and I so much (granted my mum hurt me a lot too) but I don't want to hurt him.

hi lady m (((((big hugs))))), you must do what is right for you, my dad caused a lot of hurt when i was little and i think i would feel the same if he got in touch, which is unlikely, not seen him in over 30 years, yet he see's my sis, who i don't see either.

ilgd, thanks for the info, i'm a capricorn too, now i know why my house is so full of clutter/junk etc, it will be useful one day lol :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Feel that I am so out of resources, running on empty.

OH is controlling me and I feel like I am dying.

Desperately want another child but at the moment can't bear for him to touch me. After our relationship couldn't bear anyone else to touch me. There are so many sick ways of abusing.

I hope you are all ok,I am fine today,I am playing my new cd this morning which I ordered from Amazon.I got the Kids from Fame and its brought back so many memories as I had it on record as a child and its nice to have it again on cd which is better

I'm at work but am so tired I just want to shut my eyes. I'm getting a tiredness headache too.
I now have a dilemma to go with all my other stresses.

I have a mock exam on Wednesday (NEBOSH H&S) and now i find out I have to be in an hour early tomorrow. So I will get home tonite at 7:30. I have to be up at 5am tomorrow. Back home at 7:30 and then up again at 6am to go to the exam.
I have SO much time to revise in that schedule.
I have homework to be done by then too!!!

If I curled up under my desk would anyone notice?
