I love poetry. I've been published a few times but I don't really go on about it.lol.
I like to try and end "intense" poems on a positive note filled with hope.

Thank you, she wasn't too bad for the inspection but she was hellish to spend time with today.

We don't have to accept other people's bad attitudes when we are feeling uncomfortable - people can be nervous and they need to be more caring.. They take our opinions far too personally. I am sick of the world this week.

I actually sometimes wonder why people enter some professions if they are no good at dealing with people.

It's bad enough going to the dentist anyway, without them being all patronising and making you feel worse.

I have just received the nicest email off of my friend Nikki. She said that she believes we have a mother/daughter bond and that I'm very special to her. I'm all teary eyed now. It's a good job I'm not wearing my mascara.lol.

If I could have chosen my mum, it would have been her. I know some people will say I should be happy with the parents I have etc but many of those here will understand why I'm not.

Anywho, Nikki has said she has booked the day off of work to go to the ED clinic with me as she doesn't want me to go through this alone and she's not going to let me down like almost everyone else around me has.

Sometimes I think I'd really be lost without her.

I agree, anyone who deals with the public should leave their shi t e at home and be nice to deal with.

I worked with the public for years and most people were nice to me and the ones that weren't I didn't inflame and thought they were sad. Too many people take complaints too personally and adopt an inflammatory attitude. It is so tiresome having to deal with these people.:mad:
