So sorry to hear about your brother. Have you received any kind of bereavement counselling?
Living with depression is like riding a rollercoaster, it has its ups and downs. When you're having days like today do you have any hobbies that could occupy your mind from these negative thoughts?
I'm certain that your boys wouldn't be better off without you. Just because you aren't super happy doesn't make you a bad Mother. Sending you (((HUGS)))-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--

Thanks again razorbladekisses, I usually see a counsellor from CRUSE but I didn't this week, I think that is helping although it can never do what I really want, bring my brother back.
I try to run, but my OH has been a pain in the !!!! today (well the whole week really) and I haven't been able to do it. That really annoys me too!
Thanks I need ((hugs)) my youngest is currently cuddling up to me now, making it very difficult to type.
Thank you for your kind words today, I am feeling a little better now0 -

She died in my hand, and for ages I couldn't put her down or anything. I've got her in a box on my knee now, but I don't want to put the lid on.Murphy's No More Pies Club #209

budget_budd I'm glad to hear that you have a counsellor. I guess that a CRUSE counsellor is specifically trained in bereavement so hopefully they can help you with your grieving. As with most things I suppose it's just finding ways to cope in day to day life.
Exercise is really good, or so they say lol. It's supposed to release lots of happy chemicals in our brain. Do you find that running helps your mood?
