OMG, you'll never guess what happened at work today!

It was nearly home time, and I was on the tills. And this guy came and bought some Ritz Crackers. He gave me a £20 note (one of the new style). I ran my thumb over it to check that the "Bank of England" writing was raised, and it wasn't . It also felt shiny. So I looked at it, and it didn't look right either.

So I called a supervisor, and he confirmed that he didn't think it was real! So I explained to the guy that I thought it was a fake £20 note and I wasn't accepting it, and then he was just like, "oh" and gave me another real £20 note.

But it was ever so exciting!

I'll have to take more care with the next batch. :A
They say it's genetic, they say he can't help it, they say you can catch it - but sometimes you're born with it

If an iron got wet (the cord and plug) about a month ago, would I be okay to use it now? When the leak started, my iron was right in the place where it was. :/ Would I run the risk of getting electrofied? I worry....

    Hi all. Hope you're all ok :D

I'm in pain :( My electrifying slendertone thing came and I've been using it. I'm pretty sure it works because my muscles are really strained and sore!

Just made my own pizzas, should be nice

You will! Unfortunately, I can't tell you if they looked ok, as I don't remember what it looked like. But I was so convinced that it was fake from the way it felt.

It takesa lot of concentration to get past the feeling it gives you, but after 2 minutes, yeah I guess you could :D Must try that... :rotfl:

I read in one of those suppsoed "real life" newspaper columns that someone did once eat a kebab on a toning table. Actually, might've been KFC.
