It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    Any advice?

Today (anytime after 3pm) the horrid provident man should come. Now I know he isn't very nice and I am dreading seeing him. I am hoping that he will know of my Dmp and stay away as it is out of his hands, but as its only a week ago that thst my revised DMP was set up, I'm afraid he won't know about it and will still come calling. What do I do?

The obvious one, as you don`t need to pay him, is to go out.
Take the kids to the park for a bit or the library - if you have one near.

Or take the batteries out of the bell & ignore the door!

Or if you feel really brave, open the door say its being dealt with at head office & your not obliged to speak to him, close door.

Whatever, please done be scared of him - hes just a bully in a suit!

Did he show, or did you go out?
Or did you get an even better idea?

He was late so I started to assume he wouldn't show, but he did and wasn't aware of the DMP as yet. Even though I detest the man, he was quite decent about it all. (Not that he had much choice). He said it was a real shame to lose a special customer (made my skin crawl) but that he hoped it all worked out for me. I had totally expected a showdown with this creep but then he goes and suprises me by being all nice about it. I was so releived afterwards, thats one more hurdle crossed...

    Hi,
Glad to hear it went ok with him, that's one more hurdle overcome. You are getting stronger now and bullies particularly can sense this, so I am sure it went well because of the way you handled the situation. Well done!

Hopefully you won`t need to see the g1t again.

Maybe he realised that he`d overstepped the mark with his comments last time!
Or maybe head office has reported a complaint against him & hes being nice to all his clients these days.

Either way good riddance to bad rubbish!
