lip liners were reduced to 50p each so i needed to buy 4 to take the total spend over a fiver with the lip glazes. lip glaze was £3.79 3 lip liners 342 =£1.00 plus another liner 50p =£5.29 when i handed my coupons over she looked at the glaze one and said you carnt have that you wont have the total spend. as there was a queue behind me i felt quite embarrassed. got charged £1.20 for the tooth brush not sure if she put the voucher through, she even queried the hairspray.didnt have much look in little boots yesterday but they were still reducing stuff:mad:
    Hi NettieNoo,

What time where you in there today? Think I was in there around 1pm and it was pretty busy then. My SA was a bit funny as I was getting the JF Mini Serum and she was adamant it wouldn't work. I told her it did last week and she was shocked when it did. I did the toothbrush thing twice and got charged £1.19 each (damn!) and then she must have scanned one through twice so I got charged again at full price for one  ! The annoying thing is that I didn't realise this until I got back to the car and I'd put DS and DD into their car seats and put the pram in the car! I wasn't parked outside Boots so I had to move the car and then get them both out again to go in and get the £2.39 back! Was hardly worth it really. Anyhow I think the half price toothbrush offer is finished now as the SA definitely scanned my vouchers and I still got charged £1.19.

On another note I'm kicking myself now for using my PC Trevor Sorbie Conditioner voucher last week before the '2 for £7' offer kicked in. I paid £2.49 for my 2 instead on the 51p :( Never Mind, another day, another offer/glitch.

Oxford street had about 20 hatboxes at 9am this morning (one by tott court road station), they were marked as £9, but as we know, they seem to go through tills everywhere as £2.25

I'm just going through all the AC vouchers I printed off today - making a list for tomorrow (how sad am I?:rotfl: ) and noticed one for 1/2 price expert facial spritz. Was 3.99, but 1.99 with voucher. As this is also on 3 4 2 would the till take 1.99 off all 3? example:

    3 x 3.99 = 11.97 but 1 free with 3 4 2 offer = 7.98 then hand over 1/2 price voucher and till takes off 1.99 x 3 = 2.01 to pay + 100points mag voucher:D

wish i was an expert. :o

Did you try more than one acm as sometimes they don't show up in one but appear in another. It may be a case of waiting until tomorrow and if they have not appeared then i would give cs a call especially since there a couple in their you want to use with your haircare vouchers. ;)

Only tried the one as I thought that Boots had mucked up the dates due to the 29th Feb. The signs yesterday said the hair voucher would be issued until Wed 25th March and all the acm vouchers expired on the 25th but no day was mentioned. So my master brain told me they had no offers due to that and it would get sorted tomorrow . It was only when I got home and checked here I saw others getting the vouchers!!!!! I will try again tomorrow
    Thanks

can you exchange foundation?? i thought they are cosmetics and cannot be exchanged? that makes buying from .com a lot easier then..as i always hesitate to buy,..fearing that the shade will be too light/dark/bright/etc etc and i am unable to return it.

When I tried to exchange a foundation I was refused. Even though the foil seal was still in place and it was obvious it had not been opened.
Their policy is not to exchange cosmetics I was told.

Me too! there is a possible glitch on the men's range with bogof AC voucher.

TS hair thickening shampoo (men's) 4.99 on 3 4 2, but actually 3 4 1 with AC voucher, then - 2.00 haircare voucher, leaving 2.49 to pay for all 3:D

I got loads of different botanics AC vouchers today. There must be a glitch in there somewhere! I have a feeling we are in for loads of new glitches. There seems to be so many offers on at the moment...bring them on:rotfl:

If you buy from .com you can return cosmetics- "Cosmetics, jewellery and fragrance will only be accepted if unopened and with the product seal intact."

I was going to ask about this because I bought the 17 pure finish mineral foundation on the 3 4 1 glitch the other day but when I came to use it yesterday it is ridiculously orange even though I bought the palest shade I could find (I'm quite pale). There's no way I can wear it as it makes me look as though I've been tangoed :o I usually use the 17 Oil Control Pressed Powder in one of the light shades and that's perfect so I don't know why the mineral one's are so dark.

I'm a bit gutted actually because it cost £5.99 (ok I know I got the lip glaze and the other item free but that was only 'cos I wanted to try the mineral stuff). I was hoping that I may be able to exchange or something.

Edited to add: I did try it on the back of my hand in store but it didn't look quite as harsh there.
