I got the Botanics 3 minute mask too and was surprised it was included in the 2 for £5.00 as its £4.99 for one!
My 250 pts wouldn't go on either,SA said "oh you have to buy 3!"
I just said oh well never mind.
But now I can't find my voucher ,I don't think she gave me it back!
Does anyone have a voucher to check?
I served a lady buying one, I pointed out she could get another for 1p but the voucher wouldn't scan so I added the points manually after.0 -

as you wouldn't usually get the "normal" spend points!
I've been told to deduct the normal points from the offer points. eg on the £5 spend for conditioner I only added 230 points...0 -

Also got 2 Expert tins
First one with 2 x Lip Protections £1.59 each
Second with 1x lip protector and a half price facial spritz ( with voucher from ACM)
Now I am reading that the tins may go through without a purchase:rolleyes:
Also got No7 tinted moisturiser @£4.75 and 342.
Hi dotchas, I have the voucher in front of me and can see why SA thought you had to buy 3. It says 250 points WYB 3 minute deep conditioning hair mask. So she obviously thought you had to buy 3 items as opposed to 1 x 3 minute mask:rotfl:
Could you go back to store with receipt and print off another AC voucher and have the points added on?0 -

TBH in this case it's best to phone CS as instore if someone comes to us with a voucher for a product they have already bought we have to tell them that all vouchers are subject to availability and must be redeemed at time of purchase.
I'm 99% sure that CS will add the points tho as opposed to 1% sure that someone instore will (just to save any hassle and arguing/stress)0 -

Oooh I hope they have been reduced (they had loads on the shelf the other day) don't buy them all if they are though, I want one! (or more lol)but I won't be able to get a visit in until Saturday
Well I suppose I could go before but I don't want to get stuck in the scary lift with the pushchair
3 children under 5 means not enough comping and crafting time
August wins: Krisprolls tin :rotfl:
September wins: £100 H&M gift card0 -
