:hello: Hi there fellow Luton Bootsers,
I just wondered if either of you have seen or purchased the 48p (I think) Stay Dry trial pack with the 200 points voucher from the ACM from our local Luton store.
I popped in yesterday and couldn't find it anywhere - plenty of med soaps etc.. (if only it worked here!!....) I was in Sedley Place on Saturday and wish I had looked for them there and tried the glitch.... but don't mind too much as I was so exited at finding the No7 nail sets and getting them on a 3 for 2 that I forgot to look for the med soap. True to form my 13 year old DD had one of the nail sets out before we even got back home on the train!!!
The other two will make great presents... I just wished I had picked up more!!!

I'm with you on that one freecyclebillyI'm relatively new to Bootsing and like you I don't post a huge amount but I enjoy reading everybodies posts. I hope that we are a friendly bunch and long let this continue.:T

If anyone would like to swap a med soap voucher for a 17 lip pallette it would be much appreciated! ThanksReal men never follow instructions; after all they are just the manufacturer's opinion on how to put something together.0

Tried Med glitch in Northampton tonight, no success. Till beeped and SA took off 1.50 for soap manually. Gonna keep the bag anyway, will make a lovely present. Would have been nice to get it for free!!! Thanks to everyone for all the info. I enjoy reading the posts and chat too!!!!0

Didn't have a voucher to try - but with the SS tills downstairs - worth a shot! Good luck.
BTW - none of the stores today had the trial Staydry for 49p, and certainly no MF GWPs.
..also never saw any Expert tins in my travels.0 -
Hi everyone, hope you have all had a good day. just wondering if anyone would be able to tell me what Cribbs Causeway boots is like as im over there on Sunday and thought it would be rude not to pop in? have they got any expert tins?
thank u xx:jHas saved so much money since joining this forum, thanks to all you kind people out there :j0 -
We are a friendly bunch, I agree with you chocolatefudge (nice name by the way!).
Other boards on here can be harsh with newbies and not have much patience but the Boots folk are fab.
I debated about posting, but judging from the amount of PM's I have had I wasn't the only one. I just had the balls to post what I thought.
My only point was its a bit frustrating reading 30 pages of 'you have a PM' etc just to find the glitches, I just thought maybe if the PM facility was used more maybe the thread wouldn't be so long!
I love reading how brave some folk on here are, who shall remain nameless, my heart is pounding when I try the glitches, but I guess the fun is in the chase.;)
I love page 1 and always read that first, thanks to Crazyposhgal again for updating it, you are a star. :A
Please lets just move on now...........................:money: Martin Lewis Rocks!:money:0 -
What is the maidstone store like, havent been to Maidstone for years! Is it a good un like Bluewater...hoping to make it up there next week, anyone know if it good at accepting vouichers?x
Hiya fellow Kent Bootser
There are two stores in Maidstone.
The smaller one in Fremlin Walk has a clearance shelf right at the back, which is sometimes good but was absolute bobbins today.
The other, larger store is in the Chequers Centre and stocks most things (had S&G sets, Expert GWP etc). The staff are usually good with vouchers.
Neither are as good as Bluewater for range of stock but there are a few more bargains to be found in Maidstone.
BTW the store in Chatham has half decent clearance and LOVELY staff :T
