What is the maidstone store like, havent been to Maidstone for years! Is it a good un like Bluewater...hoping to make it up there next week, anyone know if it good at accepting vouichers?x

It all depends on the SA. DONT go to the Pharmacy at Bluewater. Sometimes you'll find an unaccompanied YOUNG person on the upstairs row of tills at the weekend OR a helpful lady on the downstairs tills. It really does all depend but if it doesnt work upstairs try downstairs (as the actress said to the Bishop)

I am gutted:( my dad has just been to collect my No7 nail sets - nowhere to be found and no recollection of anyone putting them to one side. Rang CS who said castlepoint had 8 in stock (gave them the number this time). Rang castlepoint back and spoke to very helpful SA who said well if we have 8 in stock they must be somewhere so I will go and have a look and ring you back. She rang back and said that the number (5146291) was for a different item which is an electrical manicure set and they didn't have any of the others left. Thought it was too good to be true:D
When I phoned CS yesterday he did ask whether it was the electrical one or the £15 one that I was after, I told him it was the £15 one and NOT the electrical one which was about £22 he said. The number he gave me was that one, he had it in front of him when he was searching for stores that had them. Now that IS a mystery.

All is not lost, you will have a pm in a few minutes. :D

nine tails, have you had any luck with the med voucher in London? yesterday, I went looking for the med range in a couple of stores - Notting hill and kensington - small store (Didn't try large store 'cos the glitch doesn't work there) but neither have the med range in stock:( I've probably missed the boat anyway, because it sounds like (from all the reports) they have fixed the glitch. Oh well, I'm not too disappointed. At least I managed to get 6 No7 nail sets and 4 S&G sets the other day. Well pleased with these:)

Hi Sally, had already reported that med glitch did not work in HSK or Kew. Lucked it in Richmond - but that was yesterday so don't know whether it's still on. Sucked in tummy and just did the soap and med bag - went through at 1.50 and SA didn't even notice.

Went to Marble Arch, Bond St, Sedley Pl and Regent St today - nothing. Sedley Pl only one which stocks Bourjois tweezers but were out of stock, they also had soaps and med bags.

PS: SS tills now at Sedley and Bond St.
