    I too was caught out by sleazy Easyjet and £16 was 'stolen' by this scam.

    I phoned the freephone number and managed to get talking to an operator.

    The helpful operator said they have cancelled my account and will refund within 10 days;

    Herewith their email;

    Will post here if and when, I get the refund?

    I'm shocked that so called reputable companies have links to this scam site on their websites. I have just made 2 bookings with expedia and was about to use the £15 voucher to cliam my "cashback". Howver, I felt a bit uneasy so I googled them and found out all this stuff.
    Consequently, I will not be using the voucher and am going to attempt to cancel my subscription.
    I've just emailed customer services. Wonder if i'll get a reply.

    can't believe I was so stupid, but if you see a link on a trusted website you expect it to be honest.
    £2 coin savers club = £50 so far.

    I vaguely remember a "get £10 off your next bookings" begging for a click but like everyone else this was not something I conciously signed up to. I thought of signing up but nah cancelled it.

    A month later, this £8 charge popped up on my Amex account. Luckily, Im with a good card provider - Amex so I should be able to dispute the charge after sending these long lists of complaints. I've tried to retrieve the password on the website using all emails associated to me but zilth.

    They better reply to my email and start processing a refund or I will file a fraud charge. It's a hard headed approach but I just want it to work.

    My experience is that they will not respond to your email.

    I rang them on the freephone number 08082341539 (wait till you get an operator).

    I explained my position firmly about Easyjet and I am promised a refund and received the confirmation email (see my post above)

    I fell for this yesterday, via National express :mad:, was pointed to this thread by Nykmedia, and rang them straight away using the above number. I got their automated system, so no awkward operator to deal with, and it said my 'membership' would be terminated and I'd get an email confirming this. Email was there when I logged on this morning, so hopefully that will be the end of it.
    It asks for card details, but I ignored that! After asking me 3 times, it moved to the next stage, asked to give number from welcome email (hadn't realised I even had one till then), confirmed my email addresss from that, then said my membership could be cancelled.

    Termination of your membership is not a refund of your money.

    Watch your c/card statement for the £8 first payment that is being processed.

    You have to insist on this refund by phone !!

    Checked my credit card bill today and I have been refunded ;

    I guess if you don't hassle them and demand your money back, they get away with this scam

    You are wasting your time writing to them

    Phone them on the free phone number, speak to an operator and you will be refunded in a week (see my previous posts)

    I have just registered on this forum to let people know that since finding out that my partner had been CONNED by these CRIMINALS that call them selves "Shopper Discounts" We have not only got a full refund of the 2 x £8.00 that they stole from us but through constant angry phone calls and E-Mails demanding proof that they could NOT supply we also got a cheque this morning for £10 to say sorry.

    Please do not stop at just getting your money back but demand compensation.

    Thank you all for your great advice
