This is only my second day on this thread and me and Suesy Sue are already planning our double MSE wedding to 2 guys from this thread:rotfl: :rotfl: , friendship soon blossoms so stick with it Mumsyof2 x
Yes, you shameless newcomers hijacking our thread and stealing what few menfolk we have, you should be jolly well ashamed of yourselves ;):D :rotfl:

Thanks for not leaving mumzy :j (and well done on not smoking!)

Edited to say: in response to your question about people meeting up in real life, I've met quite a few oldstylers now :) I used to live v. near Penny-Pincher!! and ivyleaf, so I met up with them locally (though somehow never got round to meeting Churchmouse who was about the same distance from where I used to live as ivyleaf, just in another direction!) Plus I have been to a few organised and not-so-organised meets, and have made some really good friends especially Nelski, JackieO, Shez, SnowyOwl and Ticklemouse (where are Shez, Snowy and Ticklemouse, anyway? I haven't seen them posting here for a while...) Edited again to say... and Lillibet, and... oh heck, I'd better stop there, or people I've met will start getting offended because I haven't mentioned them :o

  • Morning all. You hussies :rotfl: :rotfl: Poor Benthosboy, he will never be the same again:D

Mumzyof2, don't take it personally, I rarely have much of interest to say and so I don't often get replies but I keep on wittering on regardless (thick skinned, me). Everyone is welcome here but if the thread stretches to 15 pages  like it did last night, someone's bound to get missed out. I'm sorry you feel neglected though, I will try and remember to give you a :hello: .

Not much going on here today (told you!!) , I've just slogged round the supermarket and stocked up for the next week. Had a bad day yesterday, heard that my credit card had been cloned so am nobbled now, can't spend any more money until the new card is sent to me:p . Might try paying for stuff in cash anyway, that'll stop me overspending.

Egg mayo sandwich for lunch and a ham and cheese potato bake for supper, yum. Last night's beef stew went down a treat, was hoping to freeze some leftovers, but there didn't seem to be any:o

Have a good day everyone! Hugs to Smokey and anyone else feeling bad, hope all those crocked backs soon get better.

    Mrs F xx
