I have also discovered payments of £9.95 disappearing from my bank account in March/April. The first being to Pti. There was however a refund of the same amount some 10 days later.
Towards the end of March one of the same amount went to vprewards.com and another in early April. I have eventually got round to digging around and finding out where this has gone.
I ordered some 'Free' business cards from VistaPrint in February. Always wondered how they could give this sort of stuff away, didn't you, now I know.
On googling vprewards I found it was from VistaPrint, searched back through my e-mails and sure enough found that I had enrolled, unbeknown to me. Further investigation via the cancellation process through the My Account menu's told me that I had 'clicked' on a banner or text link to join.
I have now cancelled my membership and asked for a refund. Telling them on the way that they should make this a lot easier to avoid than to join. It is all too easy to be duped by these sort of these things and all too easy for them to get your details, even though you are only paying, supposedly, for p&p.
Beware of 'Free' offers is all I can say.0 -
I had £50 refunded end of March by this company, and then start of April they took the money again, and it was for Amazon.0

I had a debit on my credit card for £59.90 which was credited back again a week later but dated the same date. 2 days later, but again dated the same date was a debit, again for £59.90 but this time for Goldshield, the healthcare company. Coincidence or what?0

I have just seen this on my credit card as a refund from aol ..weird wish these firms would be more open ..0 -
When I saw the reference to Vista print at post no 12, alarm bells went off.
Same story here both with payments to PTI Europe Region coming off and then being credited.
Interestingly, the phone number appearing on the statement alongside PTI Europe Region is the same as the phone number appearing alongside VP Rewards on my statement (a Google search will reveal the details of this alleged scam run by an apparently bona fide company called Vista Print)
When you phone the number (0845 026 1100) you have the choice of entering your “membership number”; your home phone no (!) or your credit card number (!!!).
After posting this entry on as many forums as I can find, I intend to call the police. I believe it’s a scam which Amazon etc are too embarrassed/ afraid to admit is being run using their customers.
When VP rewards take the money off, they don't refund it a few days later. A google search will turn up details of this one.0 -
Hi Everyone,
Do not panic ! I have recently been given a full refund from Vista Print Rewards for just over £300 that was taken over a year. I had a long battle with the people at Edgware (0845....) they are NOT helpful at all and sent me round in a verbal loop.
My advice is to phone the American number which I have on my special forum purely set up to solve everyones problems with Vista Print Rewards. I have all of the genuine solution on there with numbers to phone etc and what to say and what NOT to say. You must MUST be careful with what you say to them otherwise you won't get a penny back.
I can't post my forum link on here due to the rules but if you e-mail me NORRIE3699@HOTMAIL.COM I'd be happy to provide you the link, all I ask from you or anyone who goes to my forum is to register and share the problems you have with Vista Print so we can help many others.
I will help anyone that e-mails me I promise. My forum does require you to take 2 minutes to register (completely free, no strings attached). I put the register part on it purely so that I can attract more people into the forum to help stop this disgusting scam. When you register to my forum you will be able to view the solution which got me all my money back.
Please, once you register, leave your comments and advice etc in the forum to help others so we can battle this scam together.
All you have to do is ping me an e-mail and I'll e-mail you back with the link, I promise you I am genuinely helping people out.
Thankyou

Look....I said £252 first because me and my wife worked it out to be that much buyt luckily for us Clubprem.com actually told us they owed £316. You should be bloody happy there are decent people like me that are trying to help others...it's hard to come by these days ! Please stop moaning it's really stupid. 10 messages ! big wow !
If I post one message then it will dissapear into the depths of the post...hence updating my post from time to time.
And as for posting the number...yeah great idea ! However people will see it read it and then not bother to go to my forum which defeats the purpose of my forum so mind your own business please and stop trying to a good goody brown nose.
Just think yourself lucky there are people decent enough to help others.
Some people are SO ungrateful !0
