the problem with these collection companies is that alot of the staff are just office muppets who only repeat what is in front of them and cant have any individuality at all.

i wouldnt worry about them at all...now that you are BR there is absolutely nothing they can do now!.

You wouldnt have to pay if they instigated the contact as the OR would deal with all the rubbish...

Good luck with it all and the OR....and just send the creditor my way and i'll tell him exactly what i think...i did that today with 1st credit...only own them £60 but guy was a prat so i hung up!!

Yes it did feel great having that conversation with them,I was on a roll and was dissapointed that the guy hung up,these people think they can bully you but through people on here and what my OR told me today.....Dont let them threaten you.

Brilliant!! It sounds like you really gave the little t*** what for.
I can understand creditors going after people- but the things theyve said to you- just out of hospital- is beyond the pale.
Im glad your OR was nice- they do seem a bit scary but Id rather deal with them than some of the debt coll agents any day.

Im glad your br went well mine wasnt as nice i had to see the judge in the courtroom and it was so scary she was sat up high and i was at back of room and she really laid into me i was in tears.

It was a shock as other people had told me you are in the minute at most i was in there 7 minutes with her tellin me i will never get a job or be able to have a holiday and im stupid and she doesnt want to grant it as im so young but she did grant it in the end and i came out a bag of nerves. (dont think pregnancy hormones helped)

At least its done now and just insolvancy to deal with hope they arnt scary.
