Hi Frodo, the very best for tomorrow.
Am horrified at the reaction of that creditor. are these people sub-human with no feelings. I know they have a job to do but that really is disgusting!
Let us know how it all goes, and i hope you'll find-as most of us on here have found- that the courts are the nicest of people. The first time we said hello, was the first time we said goodbye. As the angels took your tiny hand and flew you to the sky-you forever left us breathless. RIP my beautiful granddaughter

Hi to all.
Thanks to everyone for their support, I really do appreciate all the messages of support from you all. As for taking my mate with me tommorow,he's offered to come with me, but it's something I need to do alone, i'll have my mobile,PAYG,so if I do need any moral support there is about 5/6 friends I could ring, know they'd be there within 15 mins. The relief i'm feeling is like something i've never known, ironic thing is, 1 of my creditor's rang again tonight, same one as my 1st post,I so wanted to say i'd gone bankrupt but I resisted the temptation.:jBSC MEMBER NO. 126:j0 -
Wait till ttomorrow night when it has been rubber stamped by the judge then you can take great pleasure in telling them to take a long walk off a short pier

Hello all.n
Just got back from the court,it went well, didnt have to see the judge, was given my bankruptcy order and the guy was really friendly. Walked out the court with tears in my eyes, cant tell you what this means to me,it's not a case of geting a monkey of my back but feel like a elephant as been removed. All I want now is for my creditors to start ringing me and giving me grief like they have done for the last few years so I can tell them the good news. This hasn't been a easy decision to go bankrupt but with how my health as been I was left with no other choice.
It's a really strange feeling that anyone who as done what i've done will understand, you feel as though there is nothing that can hurt you, well no creditors can now threaten me,the one creditor I really want ring me is the 1 who threatened to take me to court and basically didnt care that i'd had 2 strokes. While I was typing this the OR as just rang me, what a really friendly guy,it wasn't a interview, just a couple of questions about my bank. Thank you all again for your good luck messages.:jBSC MEMBER NO. 126:j0 -
