For all the people who won nothing you might want to check again, I checked it last night and it said I won nothing but I just it again and it said I won £50!

I have several hundred old Premium Bonds (1980's), each value of £1, £10, should I cash them in and buy one block of £10000 new issue to increase my chance of winning0

I got 1 x £100, OH got nothing this time, both full holdings. Between us we've had 1.325% yield this year. Last year was over 1.875% - hard to calculate exactly as I didn't have a full holding for the full year. OH struck lucky with a £500 win which helped him achieve 2.3%

Doesn't work like that. Each and every bond has exactly the same chance. The only thing you'll achieve by cashing in is losing the chance of the value of those bonds winning anything for a month.
