Yep - the app shows my November winnings but they're not listed on the website yet.

The same for me, but. It works fine on IE but not on Chrome. Try.

...And the phone app put me in a queue, then when I got to the head of the Queue, it said transferring to website...which then hung up and didn't progress past the 40% loaded mark.   ...I think they've got problems...!

Actually I'm on Linux, using Opera as my browser.

My problem solved. Disabled Adblocker for that site and it works fine.

Thanks.  I had already tried removing all privacy restrictions, including all ads, pop-ups etc but it still doesn't want to know me.  I'm guessing they've not tested the new site properly yet across platforms and browsers and are happy to let us do the beta testing for them.

I had same problem on Chrome using laptop. Tweeted nsandi help who replied saying they hadn't had any problems reported this morning, but suggested I try another browser. Still no joy, but then used chrome on phone in the end. .2 x £25 for nearly full holding.

Chrome - no good even with uBlock disabled. IE - fine

Futuristic

I no longer use the website, the price checker app much quicker to just open and check without having to login and it shows last 6 draws as well
