I agree but you might want to consider installing the app and checking every month rather than relying on them to tell you. That way, this would have been spotted the first month where you had a win but didn't receive it.

I had 3 x £25 this month on max holding, making my total won £275 since October when we went to max.
Averages out at £55 a month, quite happy with that. I think it's around 1.4%
