Hello all
Believe it or not i have won 6 times this month - yes SIX times £50 for the month of March. I really can't beleive it. I do have the max £30k in - but have never won more than 2 prizes in a month. SIX times - i have had to check the NSANDI website a few times to make sure!!
And i was in New York for the last 6 days - so only found out when i came back yesturday.
Life is certainly wonderfull!!!

My parents bought bith my sister and I a £1 bond in 1956 when they first came out.
In 1992 (I think) it won me a £500 prize!
My sister wasn't too impressed - she had the next number in sequence  ... I did at least buy her a pressy...0 -
bertie ..... thats a good story and will give hope to many holders .... i have some bonds from the 70's that my grandad bought me .... 13 quids worth ...and they have never won
not sure what to do with them as im hoping to hold 30k in a year or so and i want them in 1,000 blocks ...
id never cash them but can i transfer the £13 to my sons ?0 -
Premium bonds are not transferrable at any time. You can, however, purchase some for your sons if they are under 16 years of age.Sometimes I feel like a pelican. Whichever way I turn, I've still got an enormous bill in front of me.0

That's good to hear, Bertie. I have had £5 worth since the early 70's and never won on them. Gives me hope0
