Hindsight sure is.There is no point in regretting the past as we can no longer change it but we sure can change the future.!!!...
We still have to have a life when becoming Debtfree ..but it's really hard trying to strike the right balance.0 -
Its really tough to keep on top of everything so be prepared for the odd slip up now and then, just hope its not major. Just think I let my OH spend 75% of the Amazon profit like a complete wally. Hes happy though and its not the end of the world. Good luck with Ebay.:j0

Wow that's great fundraising, well done!! :T I'm also in awe of you all doing the marathon, I know I'm going to be walking one but it doesn't seem anywhere near as daunting as running it. Planning to take up running again properly after the Moonwalk so you never know, you might just see me in London next year too... maybe
The snow is quite a good moneysaver isn't it? Could have quite happily wandered into town this afternoon but it's got really heavy here so quiet afternoon on the sofa instead!Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0 -

Is the flapjack really part of the pedicure? Or are you just having us on..?"Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

I'm that tight I'm using the flapjack for exfoliation purposes
:rotfl:I've used one of those footsoak things that turns into jelly, but that's taking it a bit far :rotfl:
Am definitely considering the marathon for next year - would never have thought of doing it if I hadn't read about everyone's experiences on here. I may change my mind next week when you lot are all achy....Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0 -
:hello:
Sat in work trying to avoid thinking about chocolate, which makes me think about it more
Go on - let's all do it next year :j but this time next week when I can't walk let alone run I probably won't be doing it next year either
Feeling mildly hysterical now - stop it getting me over excited!
Good thing is that mild hysteria means I am too distracted to spend money though, in fact haven't even bought my purse into work today. GOt enough petrol, lunch made and thought I would resist the temptation. Two bids on my ebay stuff as well, ok only £3.98 so far but every little helps as they say.Long haulers supporters DFW #109NR Loan #1 - £2951.18 Nov 08/0
