Childrens/Spare rooms - Friday
Now it is Mummies time to help YOU!!! Today we are going to tidy your room.. if there are more than 1 room that needs doing.. I have 4 bedrooms for my children. We will choose the one with the youngest children in first... their rooms are usually tidied quicker and more easily.. and we will help the older ones a bit later.. after a cuppa.. or it might have to be another day but we will come help if you want!
Level One
Mop the floor
Level Two
[STRIKE]Drag the junk from under the bed.. the children should be home today so they can do this![/STRIKE]No junk under their beds
Sort out a box of things to give to the local nursery for the little children.. or for charity shop.. or a friend.. FLING!! The local GP surgeries, hospitals etc often need nice toys for the sick children..
Level Three
[STRIKE]If they are able the children can vacuum their own rooms!! 3 is grown up enough!![/STRIKE]Did it yesterday
While the children are home.. go through their wardrobe and get rid of everything that no longer fits.. as they are being so wonderful and helping they can try the things on so you can be sure before moving them down a child or moving them on.
Extras

Morning all,
Really wet and grey and windy and miserable here this morning - glad I got the bed linen out on the line yesterday!Pink_Fairy wrote: »Soappie - could we organise a coach trip? We could start on one side of the UK and pick up en route till we got to you!
I don't see why not - it would probably take you hours though and I would expect a bottle of stardrops or a microfibre cloth from you each as a gift - and if you timed it when tins of salmon were on bogof, I could do the fishcakes even cheaper
Right, time for another cup of tea methinks then get dressed - I have a meeting this morning in town which'll take up all morning. Then work work this afternoon - though maybe I'll go to Mr T's on the way back from the meeting. I'm glad it's kids room today - I dont do that so I'll be able to catch up on the stuff I missed on the other days. Fortunately most things are up together because of the visitors I've had this week.I am the leading lady in the movie of my life

I only have one for this reason;) Birth was horrendous(loads of complications) and LO has tonnes of health problems. Wouldnt change her for all the tea in China, but we dont think we could cope if it happened again. For the first 6 months we literally had hospital appts every 2nd day:eek: Didnt really get much chance to enjoy our new baby time:(
Did all my ironing last night, just doing a general tidy today as i'm working later.
Have been working on stocking up my freezer, made some pizza dough and sauce last night, most of the muffins are also in the freezer. They turned out really well, never made muffins before so i was very chuffed:DThe trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -

I've had a memory like a sieve for no real reason lately:o LO asked me what day it was yesterday and it took me a good 30secs to remember:eek:The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0
