    Can i play too?

I'm on holiday next week so am hoping to get lots of flying done! God knows the house needs it!

Johanne I know how you feel about inlaws visiting. My SIL has two young children, works 4 days a week and her house ALWAYS looks like a show home. It gets right on my nerves! You cant put your cup of tea down in her house for a second or she will whip it off to the dishwasher. My brother says she has a touch of OCD, which makes me giggle!

    Hi all

    I'm back in.

Thanks for the list Pigpen, I'm loving the kids jobs:j .

I've not been around much it's been one thing after another lately  . I've had an absess on my tooth which made me look like the elephant man for a week. OH is at the hospital with his Dad as it looks like he won't make it through the night. So all in all things have been pretty carp and it doesn't look like getting any better soon.

So i will be cleaning like mad to take my mind off stuff.

Welcome to the new flyladies.. especially the ones we've pulled over from the slovenly thread lol.. nice to see you all making some effort to get your house reasonable.. I'm just waiting for my house to tip upside down with the weight of all the junk we've just shunted into the loft!!!

I shall try harder this week.. plus it'll be made easier as I have hubby home to boss about.. I love that..

My main job this week is to get the middle room emptied and hopefully papered, painted and move our bedroom in there.. so I'll spend all day in bed because I won't be able to walk past it without getting in!!

We have to paint the boys room, our current bedroom and move the 4 girls in there and finish the painting in the loo!.. me busy.. nnnaaahhhhh...

I don't think that the Confessions thread is an anti flylady thread, it's a 'we're all only human' thread! Once people realise we are all only human maybe they won't look past the thread. For some reason many members think Flyladies manage all the lists all of the time and live in palaces :rotfl: that is what made me laugh the most.....I do know there are also 'lurkers', who just read the thread but don't post (because they PM me ;) you know who you all are :D

Welcome to everyone, new members and the old ones ;) I'm popping back to the old thread because I left tonights list there....

((big hug for holly before I go))
One day I might be more organised...........

I nearly wet myself reading the slovenly thread. My mum is a lurker on here as is my DH so I am reluctant to tarnish my image:A . Empathised with a lot of it though, although my house obviously isn't like that :o .

Ds1 is off for a fortnight, I am just working wednesday this week so we should get some stuff done. I want to do some sorting in their bedroom and the play room. Be nice to see the carpet again.

dustykitten & serena - there is some lovely stuff on the sarah raven website, but the prices are  even with 20% off. Please can I have the link though just in case....

    hello to all the newbies.
