I don't think that the Confessions thread is an anti flylady thread, it's a 'we're all only human' thread! Once people realise we are all only human maybe they won't look past the thread. For some reason many members think Flyladies manage all the lists all of the time and live in palaces :rotfl: that is what made me laugh the most.....

My house used to be a palace, I put so much effort into the house I forgot to be me. The past few months I've learnt to put ME first, and the housework either gets done when I want to do it or it can wait! I use the lists as a guide and do the odd extra task but no more "Level 3 plus extras" for me :p Infact from where I'm sitting now I can see there are remote controls (4 of them!) sitting out, laundry all over the place but mainly contained, slippers in the middle of the floor, papers dumped next to me on the desk, an empty crisp packet on the desk, the floor could do with a mop, and I know in the kitchen there are all the dirty dishes from our lunch still not washed up but you know what - I DON'T CARE AS IT WILL ALL STILL BE THERE IN THE MORNING AND WE'RE NOT GOING TO DIE JUST BECAUSE I HAVEN'T PUT A CRISP PACKET IN THE BIN YET :rotfl:

JOHANNE - I'd offer DD's services to you this week...but I want her back in one piece! :rotfl::rotfl:

 just what I was thinking, are they not supposed to be down the side of the sofa? where are they supposed to go?

shelley - move house, quickly!! I think I'd be saying something similar to what pigpen said but I'd probably add a few swear words etc

Solway, he's lovely :D what a little cracker, awww!!!

I've never watched willie's before so think I will tonight as loads of people have mentioned it. Might end up raiding the kids candies box if I watch lots of chocolate :o which will not be good for the weigh in on Tuesday. I'm doing really badly at this loosing weight lark after a fairly good start I have lost all motivation.....
One day I might be more organised...........

I usually keep them sat ontop of the DVD player on the TV unit all lined up, but they're currently on the sofa, mantlepiece, coffee table and to top of the TV :rotfl: This is one of the things I'm talking about when it comes to be relaxing about the house ;) All I'll do is sling them all ontop of the DVD player when I switch the TV off later instead of lining them all up neatly. ;)

Yes, relax - life is too short. plus think of all the time you're saving by not having to walk to the unit to change channel!:D I was starting to wonder if there was a designated place for remotes that noone had told me about... was thinking of friends houses in my head but they are skatterers too.;)
You're making me think of Monica in friends with the sling them on top of the dvd thing though...bet you get back out of bed and line them up!;)

    hiya
i'm back and feeling half human which is pretty good since i've never been that human my entire life:rotfl: . antibiotics have kicked in and we ended up having a lovely day. children slept in until 830 and then had breakfast and we gave them their eggs. lazy day and dh made lovely chicken dinner - full works - and my mum and dad came too. gave the children an egg hunt inside as it was too cold outside. i wasn't allowed to lift a finger. then dh, children and i watched night at the museum which was fab. i've not eaten any chocolate as throat too sore but will make up for it soon no doubt.

i love the list for children and think mine will enjoy it. will be pretty much in for flying this week i think.

hope eveyone's had a good day.

    hugs to all xx
