I bought my Zest magazine in Boots Eastville Bristol and went to the till straight away. When scanned it came up "not available in this store"!! The guys on the till read through the voucher and put the cream through as a zero value item"We have to be kind because everyone is fighting a great, great battle" - Sir Richard Attenborough
"There is a special place in hell for women who don't help other women" - Madeleine Albright0 -

This looks a great deal, pay £25 per month = £ 300
take away 36000 advantage points ( £360) looks as if Boots are paying you £60 to have this phone.
Thats if you don't use the phone outside the deal peramiters.IE Don't text or phone at peak times, would be ok for a very light user me thinksCome on Ilson ....:footie:0 -

Can anyone please advise.... bought some No17 items over the weekend, total about £13. got the free gift bag with goodies inside but there was also a £1 off voucher with current dates. Anyways the till would not accept it and i asked for a manager to put it through as it was just £1 off. Anyway she disappeared for a while and i got told that on a SATURDAY @ 4.30pm during xmas peak shopping, there was no manager and it was a MEGA STORE !! i was fuming but too tired to argue - what should i do ?0

Lovebug
Call the customer care line. I called them on Friday as I had bought three items of clothing and been charged £1 more on each item than marked. They were brilliant added 300 points that over charged to my card and another 300 to say "sorry!"0 -
i need some help and people on this thread seem quite knowledgable.
I wanna spend 85pounds on boots.com. as a member of parenting club i get 1500points when i spend over 75pounds on baby things. as im buying a breast pump im assuming this is a baby thing and that the points are automatic ie. i dont need to put in a code.
does this mean that i can put in a code say for 1000points/75pounds spend and get a total of 2500 extra points? i know this wont be tripled, but since the regular points would be tripled (85x12) i think i get a grand total of 3520 points. is that right?
do i need my advantage card to buy online? i lost mine and ive not got my new one yet, is there anyway of 'validating' online reciepts?
any ideas on how to get even more out of this purchase?:A Boots Tart :A0 -
i ordered a while ago without my advantage card and contacted them when i recieved it, they credited it no problems and gave me another 300 for my trouble!!!
the pionts thing sounds about right boots dont seem to limit you on one lot of points per transaction but make sure you can explain exactly how many points you will be entitled to0 -

i'd try putting all items in your basket and logging in, unless you actually go through the payment you won't get charged and see what it says, ido this sometimes to jiggle so i get the best deal. hth
