I got today three cold remedies and three lots of vit c for £1.22 plus 50 points for lemon sachets, and the bodyform ultra 99p but ripped off the £1 voucher when the sa had scanned them and handed it over which meant i got them for free.

I couldn't have the Vit C tablets today, as there were none left. So they gave me 3 x £2 vitamin vouchers valid until tomorrow.

Unfortunately, I had to use these one at a time, rather than on the 3 for 2. I got some multivitamin liquid for the kids for 15p a bottle.

As for the gift bags, they wouldn't even try to scan them with the Christmas gifts and said that you can only have one per transaction. So I didn't bother.

Got a pack of Bodyform (only one left on the shelf!) - and tore off the voucher before I paid.

Still paid around £6 for £17-worth of shopping and got £3-odd on my AC too!!

Also tried to get them to sell me some of the Tassimo packs at 3 for £10, which is how much they are on the website, but they wouldn't go for that!!!

  • It seems it's always down to who's on the till.
Sometimes I get good offers other times they say oh you can't have that and I don't like to make a fuss so go back when someone else is on the till.

In the Advantage machine today was 100 points for Nicky Clarke Hair colour. I nearly ignored it as the colours were obviously going to be expensive (and its not a brand I use) but had a look anyway, and found on the SHAMPOO shelf Nicky clarke colour care 60 second secret intensive treatment sachet for 99p. So 1p in profit, there! Only bought one, dont know if it works on several at once.
  • Been to my local Boots today - Avon Meads Bristol. All Clothes had 25% off which was a bargain and also triple points for over £15 spend started today.
Went to Advantage machine and got 300 points for a £30 spend and also had a voucher for 500 points off a £25 send on Mini Mode. Also got the 200 points for a alternative product and picked up the indegestion at £1.49!
Had a £2 coupon for Huggies, £1 off coupon for Johnsons Junior range and also a buy one get one free Mediterean range and pick up two gift sets as did not say did not exclude.

When I got to the till they then reduced by another 10% so walked out with over £15 in points and spent £32.00.

Then bought seperately the Primrose shower get for 99p and bagged another 100 points.

Points are racking up like nobodys business.

Boots are practically throwing it at you! :j :j

:D Just been to boots, got my Danielle Ryman cream worth £12 free, after a debate with the checkout. They wouldn't accept it and told me to ring the number on the front of the voucher as they probaby weren't participating in the offer. I then rang the number on my mobile, from outside, who told me to go back in as if the store has it in stock, then they must accept the voucher.

Went back in, and rightly so, got my cream!! Very nice as well, very impressed. It will make a good crimbo pressie for my mother in law! I think I will go and buy another copy of Zest and treat myself!!

Daniele Ryman, Anti Aging Body Creme - Argan and Tamarind. Price £12 or free with voucher from Zest.

Was just about to throw my voucher away after trying Boots branches throughout West and North Yorkshire in vain...then yesterday...I FOUND SOME!!!! Birstall Retail Park branch, (near Ikea), several more on shelf....icon10.gif

yeah i had the same problem with the danielle ryman the lady at the checkout told me that it was not valid i told her to read the small print then she refused so i asked for the manager then she 'gave permission' for the voucher to be used. the cream is gorgeous and its free most importantly.
