Yesterday I bought some baby wipes on BOGOFF (a common thing), three lots of cold remedies each at 99p (reduced from about £2 each) and with each lot of cold treatment you get a pack of vit C tablets worth £1.75 free but the vit tablets are on 3 for 2 so an extra £1.75 off, 3 lots of shaving gel (tree presents for male relatives) and 3 lots of toothpaste both on 3 for 2. Total came to about £9. Will get more cold things before offer runs out, because worked out at £1.22 for three cold treatments and three lots of vit C.0

Thanks for posting this, I wondered how I ended up spending so little. I had four lots of cold remedy in my basket plus a plug in vapouriser and refill pack. Assistant popped six packs of vit C tabs in my basket, total came to less than the price of the vapouriser!
DH got 100 points on Traditional Skincare (hand cream cost £1.39), 200 points on Alternatives (inhalant oil cost £1.99), 250 points on Toni and Guy (shampoo cost £3.49) and 150 points on "Natural Extracts" shampoo. Asked assistant for help to find that product, they are "no frills" bottles costing £1.29 but 3 for 2. Spend total came to just over £15, and he got 1245 points in total!0 -

I managed to get 3 different £5 gift sets (buy 2 get 1 free)
no7 uplifting night cream plus free gift bag .... all for the bargain price of £5 plus got 270 points added buy using my free no7 parenting voucher ( girl had to over ride the item as the till wasn't recognising the voucher ) 250 points voucher when buying any no7 product and £5 off voucher0 -
Well today I had a little bit of luck went to a boots with advantage machine :j
sad I know.
My husband has a cold so got the cheapest cough syrup for 99p and free vit c tablets. I got a 100 extra points for smile toothpaste out of the machine. So bought one for 89p. Husband got 207 points on my card for a £1.88 spend as the girl got a bit flustered and scanned the the toothpaste 100 points voucher twice and just said "don't tell anyone" :rotfl:
And then I had a voucher for 150 points for everyday indulgence which is on BOGOF so bought two lots for £2.99 and used my 10% off voucher so that brought it down to £2.39 and I got 150 points. Bought them as xmas presents.
So for a total spend of £4.27 got £3.67 in points so in effect got the lot for 60p.
This rarely happens to me as I have no advantage card machines really near me not fair. Will be a long time before that happens to me again.
Yours

I went to Boots at the Fort Manchester today and put my card in for my offers.
One of them was 500 points for a boots first aid kit. The one on the pic was an expensive one. I noticed at the tills they had cheaper ones at 4.99 so asked if I could use the voucher on it. The assistant asked if it was the same as the one on the pic at the machine and I say I didn't know (even though I did and it wasn't) and she said she could try but she doubted it.
So I tried it, got my first aid kit for 4.99 and got 500 points, so all in all I got a free kit and 1p.
Not bad considering I needed one for the car anyway.
Obviously this offer may not be open to everyone as it was a machine issued voucher, but worth a try if your after a first aid kit all the same.

That's great- I'll try that tomorrow, :T as today when I went and got the voucher none of the 'Family first aid kits' had a price on them, so at the till I waited while the lady went on a big hunt and came back with one from 'upstairs' to tell me the price. £19.99!!!! And really it didn't look worth that to me so after all that I left it at the till.0
