Today I am turning over a new leaf, I an going to tidy my bedroom & car. Why? Because I can't find my bl**dy phone & if it not in either of those places my dozy step son has taken it back to Ireland with him.

Just wanted to thank people for the post of the month nominations.
I started the thread because I'm pretty exhausted and needed to know I wasn't alone with my imperfection. I had no clue that so many people would feel the same and want to contribute. Thank you to everyone who has joined in.May all your dots fall silently to the ground.0 -

you are definately not alone, my DD has 2 children a 3& half year old & 2 month old. When I visit her I usually take a shovel & a couple of binbags.

I found some earrings on Ebay, little silver handcuffs, hubby treated me to them as they were only £3.99. They raised a giggle at work.

Oops
You know how you sometimes put a load in the machine and then forget to get it out until a day or so later - hence meaning it really needs a re-wash. Well, I thought it was bad last night when I realised one particular load needed a third wash (2nd re-wash) - until hubby mentioned that he'd also re-washed it twice.
Five washes!!
That's a weeks worth of clothes laundry! _pale_
Edit - and explains why we're running out of socks :doh:DFW Nerd no. 884 - Proud to [strike]be dealing with[/strike] have dealt with my debts0 -
The sun shining on the windows reveals their dirt in full glory but if I try and clean them they'll end up with more smears so I won't bother.
The house is full of cobwebs. The spiders need them to trap their food.:rotfl:
If I vacuum today, there will only be dirt again tomorrow so I'll wait another couple of days and collect three days dirt in one go.
The sheets should have come off the bed last week but it's not been good drying weather, so they can wait until the sun comes out.:rotfl:
Excuses! Excuses! Excuses!
Not really. Just showing that I rule the house. Am not going to let the house rule me.0 -

Can you keep this thread going please or I'll get bored and have to tackle the cupboard under the stairs. (You know, the one where you open the door and chuck everything when somebody knocks on the door).0
