Hi there sand-dancer, where've you been?
You've been missed on mot's Thread and I've just made them(and pania's own)aware of this one.
All day, I've been fiddling at preparing to be tidying and sorting papers, but the day goes on and I don't.
Much reading, drinking warm water as per WeightWatchers must-do, gazing out at various states of snow and melt, watching birds arrive and squabble.

It already feels like too much, even though it's too much of too little and in my head, esp after long call from FairlySigOth early this a.m. in a.n.other country........so I am there in my head instead, as mostly.
Wolves are almost certainly back near my birthday lunch place - so I read in La Dépêche du Midi......so more memories drift in and hours drift on.
I should be there, helping mix plâtre, re-pointing la cave..........

  • Hi Ampers. Have had loads going on and as usual retreated into my shell again! Was on MOTs thread when I saw this link and its made my day!
Its yet another bliddy marvelous support thread on this fantastic site!
Im trying to drink green tea and eat brazil nuts (not at the same time tho!) BUT the green tea is behind the coffee jar and the hot crossbuns are in front of the brazilnuts but Nutella is just as good isnt it?
Did a car boot sale last week and the stuff we didnt sell is in front of the washing machine and the decorating table is now another work surface as was the ironing board.
Im sitting in the tshirt and trakky bottoms that I slept in and walked to the paper shop this morning.
Havent washed my hair since thursday.
Slobbing it - its the future isnt it? :D

Yay! I knew I was far from a saintly OS-er but I feel MUCH better now knowing that I'm not alone :D:D

Well, I had a good start to the day, I cleaned the floors, bathroom & kitchen, I made a cottage pie from scratch, and only bought what I needed from the shop.

But I DO feel guilty that my OH did ALL the washing & ironing this week (a good 10 loads!) and put it all away. I dusted the TV sets in the house today & found enough dust to stuff a pillow....bedding could do with a change & wash (had better do that...otherwise it won't dry...) but instead I am sat on here on the sofa drinking grape juice and eating Aldi's paprika nuts!!!

Edit: in fact, since I'm off tomorrow as well, I'll leave my chores (sewing OH's jeans, making cookies, batch cooking etc) to tomorrow...and go and have a bath :D
