Yeah.. that's a good idea, but I use the car everyday.. so might be a bit difficult.

Thanks for the link to that website, but Bristol Street have offered me a better price for the Fiesta Style with metallic paint than what is quoted on there. Bristol Street have a deal on till the end of the month, so that's probably why.. also, because the Fiesta Verve is coming out, they're dropping the prices of the current shape.

Thanks for the advice though :)

The bristol street ones arent registered no. They are brand new 08 plates. All registration fees including 6 months road tax are included. They register them for you while you wait and do the paperwork.

Based on those on Autotrader, you are pricing at dealer prices which is too high for a private sale.

If you want a quick sale for that spec and condition of car ask about £1350 and be prepared to haggle to about £1200.

    Well face your keeping it

The car is not worth £1300

New and nearly new car prices are very low these days and this has a knock on effect

Your asking a ridicolous sum for a 10YO fiesta

My 1997 Ford Fiesta Flight 16v 1.25i Zetec was written off two weeks ago :(

Mine too had immaculate bodywork, was mechanically sound, and had full service history. It had done 70,000 miles.

It didn't have a CD player, and it was one year older than yours, but other than that it sounds almost identical.

The insurance company offered me £750 for it. By sending them details of similar vehicles for sale, I managed, after a LOT of wrangling with them, to push it up to £1000.

From what I've seen trawling through car ads to send my insurance company, I would have though that you should be looking in the region of £1200, perhaps £1300 if it's really special.

    Good luck!

Yeh 1300 sounds about right to me. Im sorry but i think anything lower than that is taking the pee a bit..... Iv already advertised on all of those, but i feel that this weekend is the wrong time to advertise as many people are away.

Thanks hartcjhart, I have an 'R' reg Nissan Primira to sell from tomorrow and I was just looking for places to advertise it. I'm told to ask £875 but I will use those links to check.
Mines red too - what's wrong with red? (better than the metalic pale green I had before)
Doing voluntary work overseas for as long as it takes .......
My DD might make the odd post for me
