That's neat Csarina - is the embroidery machined? Do you have templates with the machine, make your own, or how?
    DG

The embroidery is done by machine, the sunflower design is one of the designs built into the machine, I added the lettering, the machine also has the capability of curving the lettering rather than doing it straight. I have just finished two smaller deigns for a knitting bag and a sewing bag. I will post the pictures when I have finished them. I cut out each bag and have put all the component bits into a plastic bag so I do not get hold of the wrong piece of fabric again and end up ripping up 2 more bags and re-doing them.

I buy or down load free designs from the internet either onto a USB stick or APT card and then transfer them to the machine. I can store a limited number of designs in the machines memory as well. I tend to do this with a design like the sunflower which I know I am going to use quite a bit. When I have finished with it I delete it.

I am not clever enough to digitize my own designs but I do have a friend who does them for me. She is just working on a design for the ladies at OH's bowls club. This is the first year they have had lady members. The men wear a tie, so we are working on a scarf that can be knotted or used as a cravat. It is to have the club badge in one of the corners. I am looking for a supplier of navy scarves which are not going to break the bank!!!!!:T :T

There's a Sunday show too, at 10am, with added extras, and from what they said, I assume there's a bit of a repeat on too as they say it'll be too late to get flights for 1p if you're watching the Sunday show.

    Martyn.
Mars bars are good for a fix it. Mine personally is a large glass of red!
Sorry you had a down day but very proud of you for turning it round.Enjoy your motor home and go and have adventurers in it! Sounds a bit like I am talking about the Secret Five ( that ages me).
For all you radio 2 fans out there I also remember John Dunn but one of my favourites is Johnny Walker (DJ not wiskey).
To all out there I find this forum lovely and you all are such surporting people.
Looking forward to the Grand Prix at the week end.
To all of those who are on diets now keep it up. I lost 4 stone five years ago and I am now a size 10 . Remember to stand on one leg when you weigh yourself. ( only joking). The main thing is to be happy with yourself what ever size you are.
Night everyone. Sounds a bit like the Waltons saying good night to everyone. xx

DG be careful what you say about poached eggs, they were Cynthia Payne's speciality as well.

My friend was saying that "Personal Services" was on tv last night and I missed it. My friend hadn't heard of Cynthia Payne, so that passed a few happy minutes at work filling her in on the details :rotfl:
