Can I request those that are successful in gaining
employment with Teletech, do not disclose information

on Teletechs clients or disclose any information that would
be classed as confidential or sensitive.

    Thanks
    Oliver

2nd interview was cancelled due to Mike being scheduled already . So re-booked for this evening. Bit annoyed as I was psyched up for it yesterday !

I have had exactly the same experience as you and i rang them directly and spoke with Amy requesting that they withdraw my application after being messed about since Oct 07 ! Amy went through my things and was very apologetic and said the same to me about being an asset to the company and would i be prepared to give them one last go.
She interviewd me later that day as agreed and scheduled a second interview with mike this evening at 7pm, However she rang me today to reschedule this to a later time as Mike now has another appointment. She may of been trying to reschedule you also ??? Any contact i now have i go through amy as she appears to be the most helpful and reliable.
Hope this helps and good luck !

Decided not to bother, they have you doing assesments and computer tests, I have received phone interviews by the dozen last one was with someone called Adel (after I emailed my recruiter saying I wasn't going to bother anymore).
I cannot be more flexiable I told her ideally I would like to work 6 hr shifts 3 days per week instead of 4 hrs shifts 5 days per week obviously this doesn't fit with their shifts pattern but why ask what you would like to work
Why can't they say we have say mon-thurs-fri-sat 6-10 can you do it??

Will keep my present job at least I'm not messed about there. Better money but have to travel 20miles round trip.

Got throught the 2nd interview then they tell you no hours to suit:confused:

They did exacally same with customer service position they have been messing around since Sept 07.
I still get e mails every week from my recruiter and periodic phone calls to see if anything has changed.

Basically I would prefer to do longer shifts and be less tied than be tied 5 evenings per week. Doesn't look as though this is what they are looking for but why not just tell you that instead of keeping you dangling on.
I could do 4hr shifts but when asked what hours you prefer I told them my preference, don't know if she misunderstood and thought I was only available 3 times per week but I'm not really bothered now been messed about enough.

Why are the clients such a big secret????
  • Just accepted the sales job too :):) no workbooth disk in pack though :( cant do the final test untill one arrives but Ellen will phone and get me one :) I am sooooo excited.

In responce to sadie11's question... Prob the clients dont want their customers knowing that they recruit staff to work from home as customers may loose faith in regards to their details being compromised :) We all know who it is though :P

Who else is starting on the 14th with me
