They did know that before i was offered the job

the structure is pretty much the same as the first with the typical "can you tell me a time and what you did" questions, probably ask about your home office environment again etc

im sure they will figure a way around it, im quite excited myself, it would be good to have a few familiar names in the training sessions

Cheers Mark, theyve already given me the training class times like you im going to opt for the 7 - 11pm mon - fri. Do you have any idea what we will be selling ? Is it just Broadband ? Im taking random guesses at who the client might be ? If you know that would be great - PM me !
Just really want to be sucessful at this, seems too good to be true !

Hi all!!
I am also starting training on the mon-fri 7pm -11pm so will see you all there! My name is Ellen so say hi. lol. Aparrently our trainer is going to be Carlos and the training is now 20 hours not 32.5 per week and we will all be going live on 26th may. I cant wait!!!

I was told training was 20 hrs, but to go live on the 12th of may, whats everyone else been told :rolleyes:

Although its not 100% I'll be in that training group, due the day that I will be missing, but I was assured that if I couldnt start this group then I can start in a later class

Im looking forward to it too, has anyone been asked for bank details yet to which wages get paid into

Hi there

Ive had my first line interview - several times !! due to some confusion within their HR team.
It is very basic, as i remember here are a few of the questions

1. Why do you want to work st home ?
2. Describe your home office enviroment
3. Give an example of when youve had to deal with a angry/frustrated customer
4. Go through your work experience
5. How to overcome objections
6. How well are you at influencing people
7. Any questions ?

Ive had several of the recruiters interview me however Amy has been the best and is very good.
Ive got my second interview at 8pm this evening so will post what happens on that later.
