After the mishap with the online conference that never was, I emailed my recruiter and within 15mins I had a call from a different person.
She had seen the email and said they thought I would be a great candidate and would I reconcider? (They really know how to make you feel good)
I said I would give it one last shot, she arranged to call me back that same evening for an interview basically asked me general questions told me a little about the job and then said she was going to touch base with me again on Friday. Arranged a time of 6pm.

I have been out this morning and when I get home they have already called at 12.20, not sure if they will call again on the arranged time will have to wait and see:confused:

I have had exactly the same experience as you and i rang them directly and spoke with Amy requesting that they withdraw my application after being messed about since Oct 07 ! Amy went through my things and was very apologetic and said the same to me about being an asset to the company and would i be prepared to give them one last go.
She interviewd me later that day as agreed and scheduled a second interview with mike this evening at 7pm, However she rang me today to reschedule this to a later time as Mike now has another appointment. She may of been trying to reschedule you also ??? Any contact i now have i go through amy as she appears to be the most helpful and reliable.
Hope this helps and good luck !

Mike is American and very nice indeed. Asks about your home office, why you want to work from home and over coming objections, have you ever worked in a call centre, pluses and minus for working in a call centre. Mike is very easy to talk to and the 'interview' was very relaxed.

Had my 2nd interview with Mike, very relaxed and informal. It lasted 45 mins, however due to my previous roll as a team manager at one of the clients competitors he asked me if i was interested in being interviewed for the team leader role also. Was a bit shocked to be honest.
Mike said i would hear from them in 2 business days ( heard this one before !)
How did you guys hear if you was sucessful or not ?

Thanks jo for the useful information . I already had an interview for the Customer Service role but had to turn it down due to the hours.

Can anybody also clarify the shift pattern for me I know what days/hours we are supposed to work but the recruiter said that we only do a max of 4 hours. So if the shift is 4:30 to 11pm , can you start at say 6pm?

livvylou. you have to be free on weekdays from 4pm to 11pm and weekends from 9am to 11pm. but they only assign you 4 hours near the end of training. so you may start at 6 or they could assign you to start at 4. no one knows yet but i suppose you could say that you need to start at 6 and see what they say. Also although at the start of the recruitment they say that you are only to work 20 hours now they are saying you have to work between 22 and 26 hours so it has gone up slighty.
