I'm sure you will be fine. Mike has done most of the second interviews and he seems a really friendly sort of guy. Good luck and keep us posted so we know how you get on - you may even be on our training group!!

Have hit a bit of a hurdle . Yesterday when I had my interview I asked Ellen whether or not I could start a bit later than 4pm (due to having 2 small kids) She wanted to clarify with her manager and call me back. Today she calls me back and says that no we have to be avalible from 4pm as this is an new project they are playing by the rules. (there may be more flexibility once they are up and running)

I am stuck as to what to do as we could get scheduled in to work from 4 or we could get scheduled in to work from 6 !

She is going to call me again tommorrow so I can let her know if I want to continue or not...Really annoyed as I wanted to do this job.

Well done jo!!!! thats great news!! does that mean you will be my sales manager lol. that would be great although all your mse members will be chasing you on here too!
well i got my workbooth cd today, did all the tests with it and it passed no problems (thank god!). Still no paperwork though so as i said in an earlier post i will give it to friday then get on to them.
Anyone else had the paperwork and/or cd through yet?
ooh i cant wait to get started - let me at those customers! lol
livvylou - i feel for you. i too would prefer to start later but i can start earlier if required as my kids are all teenagers now. how about you continue with the process and training and then when they give out the shifts if you find you have to start earlier then knock it on the head? Seems a waste not to carry on as you have a 50/50 chance of starting at a later time.
