Can you not get a Full Birth Certificate from your registry
office, I think there only about £7.
or you can do it online here

they only photocopy the last page of your passport and that doesnt show when it expires so you may get away with it.0

Hi I am on the 14th training too - 7pm to 11pm -got my paperwork and workbooth cd today. Reference the person (sorry but I forgot to check who posted it before I replied) who said their passport is out of date and they were given the advice that your expiry date is not on the last page (I take it they mean the page with your details and photo)- it is actually on this page - it is one of the last entries - I used to work in passport enquiries and knew it should be on this page but I have doubled checked all my family passports too and the expiry date is definately on it. I am sorry but I dont think you would be able to use it but perhaps you should check with Live call just to confirmAuddel0

Hi all. Just thought I'd say 'hello' as I am also on the training starting on the 14th April. See you there!.
Does anyone have confirmation of the actual 'go live' date?
Cheers0 -
You can still use an out of date passport, as a form of photo ID, if it still resembles a likeness of you.0

roberhert - i was told that live start date is 26th may but someone else was told the 12th may so not too sure really. i was also told that the wages were £6.35 per hour to start but the contracts state £6.00 per hour. hhhmmm me thinks that as it is a new dept there are a few little creases to iron out lol!
i am also training same time as you - so HELLO!!!!
Auddel - thanks for pointing out that passport expiry date is on the last page - just goes to show that i dont pay attention enough! lol. But i think sparklygirl is right in that it can still be used as proof of id as long as you still look like you in the photo. then again what do i know lol!! i think it may be worth a try - after all they only want proof that you are you iyswim.
good luck to all on the first lot of training.0 -

The training is done from your home as this is a work at home job. The questions are pretty easy such as why do you want to work from home, give an example of when..... etc. While customer service experience would perhaps be beneficial to this role I don't think it is a requirement. As training is starting on 14th April, I don't think there would be much time to go through the assessments and interview processes as this seems to take about two to three weeks (or more in some cases), however I think other posters have mentioned there is another training date scheduled for end of April, but perhaps someone else here could confirm that for you.Auddel0 -
Evening all! I agree with Auddel - im not too sure if you would get on the 14th April training in time, although the whole thing from applying to getting offered a job only took about 10 days for me - much quicker than i expected. I believe there is a second training group due to start the last week of April so it is worth applying now. Good luck!0
