Ah you see you have your brain switched on. I was actually going to make my own - thinking of just texting my OH to bring up the coffee seeing you are meant to be in a quiet environment - and anyway - I would need a school bell in order for OH to hear it:rotfl:

LivvyLou - don't worry about the negative posts on the 'other' forum - everyone's experience will be different - it is the same as any job you go to - you always get people who hate the place and others who will like it. On average, the posts on the other forum have been positive. Although some problems with the recruitment process have been highlighted (including my own ), someone (mostly Oliver27, PaulK and Duchy, sorry if I have missed some of the other regulars) always comes up with a solution or to put your mind at rest.

Apparently the singing trainer is going to be doing some of the sales training too (was nattering with him tonight). Darrell seems very nice from my dealings with him Jo.
