Nightmare trip to Las Vegas....HELP

I think they have taken the full amouint of my credit card ?????????????Just to add...to make it clear.
You book the 7 nights and pay for the first night at time of booking.
If you want to change it for whatever reason you can call them or do it online... if you cancel you will be refunded, or you could change it if the Venetian offers those nights cheaper at a later date by ringing them and asking for a reduction...
SORRY not much any of us can do about the time you get there
will know tomorrow when i check online ?0 -
Ebookers will have taken the full amount-another reason not to book a package but the 2nd rooms doesn't have to be that way.
As for arriving at 9pm at night-in Vegas of all places that is no big deal at all.
Hold a (refundable) room at the best price you can and keep checking the links above for better prices-add www.travelzoo.com to the list too (look at the US site not the UK one when given the option)
And chill-it'll all work out in the end.<hug>I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole

I haven't read all the messages in this thread, very short of time, but as I recall, Martin :money: will tell you that you have a cooling off period, think it is 7 days....check it out.

Just found this link which mentions a cooling off period for Ebookers.
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/travel/asktheexperts/740462/Ask-the-expert.html
Ebookers says it allows a cooling-off period of 24 hours for bookings made more than 72 hours in advance of arrival (unless you're staying when "special events" are taking place in the area). Beyond this, however, you have to pay £20 if you cancel up to three months before arrival, £40 up to a week before and the charge for the first night's accommodation if you cancel within 72 hours of check-in.0 -
The venetian (direct) will only take ONE NIGHT. E bookers will take the whole amount.harvey1964 wrote: »I think they have taken the full amouint of my credit card ?????????????

OK well we've worked out that booking the rooms direct is cheaper-right ?
So.....go back to the supervisor at Ebookers and ask if you can switch the booking to flight only (gives you time to shop around for a good deal on hotels elsewhere). If they say no-then plan B ask them to work out how much it would be for a cheaper but still nice hotel on the Strip with 2 rooms.
Play it as "I've made a mistake and I really need your help" tather than "I know my rights" to start off with

Yoy now have 2 rooms booked and the flights for a bout a grand each if i am right.
That is more than if booked seperately but if you are happy with that (you are staying at one of the best hotels in Vegas) then leave it and enjoy your holiday, otherwise you will have to keep fighting ebookers.
Sorry cant be any more help...off to Vegas in a few hours time:T :T :T0 -
