We stayed in the Venetian in 2006 and had a Luxury suite which had only one double bed.
Mind you the room was on a split level, had two TV's and was huge!

The plans for the suites is here.

As Voyager2002 says one scenario is (if the Venetian prices are too high) is to book a different (cheaper) hotel and share the Venetian room between the two couples.

The Venetian comes up on priceline BTW for about $150 per night

The 650sqft suite appears to have a double sofa-bed (based on availability) so maybe that would be ok?

Firstly why oh why didnt you read the las vegas thread first ?

We would never recomend booking a package.

As you have, it may be best to ring the Venetian and explain to them what you have done,( if you had booked direct there would not have been a problem) 1p per minute to ring going through a 3rd part prefix.

Most of venetians suites have 1 king bed and a sofa bed but lots have 2 queen beds and you could get put in one of those.

Just realised you want 2 rooms....you may have to bite the bullet and book a seperate room in which case book it direct with the hotel, go via Fatwallet and look for codes to get reduced rates

Yes Priceline is where you bid for rooms.

It has both pros and cons.

    IMHO you should:
Contact the Venetian (by EMAIL photome!) and ask how much a room upgrade would cost.

Once you've find that price then look around (on the Las Vegas Thread) for offers at other hotels to price up anything that looks good.

Read the Priceline guide and if that is what you want then you can bid for either a 5* (May be the Palazzo, Venetian or THEhotel) which would cost about $200 per night all in or go for a lower 4* which could be aywhere from $60-$100.

    Basically: DON'T PANIC.

    All is NOT Lost :D

    Blindman ...why by email?

I have emailed hotels in Vegas so many times and more often than not I havent had a reply

Phoning at 1p per minute gets you an instant response and even if you are on the phone for half an hour it is only 30p.

i have never used priceline as I still prefer booking direct and If you gamble there is a chance of a room comp (can only be done if booked direct)

this offer brings the price up as $1683 but says its for mastercard premium card holders...( nOt me ? does it matter ?
where can i check out priceline ? there are 2 priceline.co.uk and .com
is there a difference. DOnt feel confident now after making a whole mess of the first booking.

I thought £760 each was a good price and really did think it was for 2 rooms as it did not say and it said a "1 bed suite"
Belfast flights are hard to come by. Thats not even direct ....
