How good is this, my Brother has managed to get a load of cheap wine from work (he works in a brewery but they do wine also) at 41p per bottle because a whole lot of them have had their labels damaged in storage. Limit to £10 worth per person though...still I have magaged to claim some. Lovely Brother of mine.
Must remember to keep some for our Friday Night parties (are we allowed to have a party on Good Friday)? I wont be eating any meat;)But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -

That's 24 bottles......can I be your new sister please?
Unfortunately he got the 24 bottles and gave me some out of his share.
You can still be my sister if you like I am the eldest of 5 and the only girl!!
And I have 2 sons, and a husband (he was also male the last time I looked). So I am totally outnumbered on the male/female thingy. But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
My sister is a wine rep, luckily for her, I'm kind enough to put myself out and sample the freebies that she gets
...Linda xxIt's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0 -

It's a hard job but someone has to do it! I'm going up to see her in April for a weekend, she's managed to blag some champagne from the Perrier Jouet rep
