How often is it you find a house that you love... and the ONLY concern you have is about the housing market and not physically related to the house...

If you can afford it BUY IT!

I`m off work now until a week on Wednesday! Huzzah!!
BUT i have a 2nd job & i`m making the most of it by working for them every morning this week. It was a good idea at the time but now i`m thinking of the lie in`s that i`m going to miss!!
On the good side it means a nice big pay packet as there`ll be 2 bank holiday bonuses in it too which in turn means a boost for my payments to my debts.

So far eaten toast, fed the cats twice! (they reckon they were starving!) both now asleep!

Thanks guys, I'm going to do another SOA with the mortgage and see whats what (once again). It's really hard though because we truly don't know what the income will be from month to month especially with me being out of work (ish) right now. I have negotiated a retainer with EMI which is guaranteed money and without it we'd be screwed because sometimes it can be 3 months between invoice and payment. I do know as it stands my income would cover the mortgage and all priority outgoings, so if hubby for whatever reason was out of work (which he never is but never say never) we wouldn't be kicked out or thrown in jail for not paying the council tax but eek it's all a bit scary.

That's it! I'm coming back as a cat.
My two are comatose on my bed with furry bellies full of breakfast...Dennis will be down in an hour or so to see what our elderly neighbour has to offer him but Maureen will be asleep all day.

Gotta go post some eBay stuff, then go food shopping, then just chilling at home with DS, who is looking a bit better today, and actually has some energy to play

Hacked off with ebay atm, all the stuff I listed went for pennies, and a lot didn't sell at all :mad: Shall avoid free listing days, as I'm sure the supply outstripped the demand!

Must get mt @r$£ into gear......

Cool names for cats - Dennis & Maureen!! My last one was called Stanley, and the previous one was called Oliver because he always asked for more.....;)
