    Good to hear from you! So you drag yourself to Lakeside then... I can't do big shopping complexes - I get so ratty...

    Please look at that site Aromantics - think it is exactly what you are looking for.

    I'm flared up again today - but have had some stress - check out vent board thread! Stress always triggers off the ezcema etc. Am finding that the elemental beauty is NOT aggravating me - thought it was, but I was just stressed cos all my other itchy bits flared up too!

    Lessen my flare up and add to the Vent and google them up there, please..:o
