Looking for somewhere to buy "ingredients" for natural skincare

Me toooooooooo  Innit awful?!
Anyway, I was just looking at one of the ingredient sites given here, and I found this:
http://www.aromantic.co.uk/Comfrey-Glycerol-Extract.htm
and I wondered if you could mix it with rose water or a favourite toner. Cheap enough.
The thing is about allantoin in a foundation or concealer, it wouldn't be right next to your skin, and I would have thought it would need to be in order to be fully effective.
I have absolutely no expertise.
Many people with eczema etc absolutely swear by Cleanse & Polish from Liz Earle. Her website is a very good place to order, and she normally puts in a little freebie, plus (I understand) everything is beautifully packaged. It is also available from QVC (channel 16 on Freeview) http://www.qvcuk.com, just put 'liz earle' in the search box. The advantage with QVC is that you have an unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee, so you can use the products for 3 weeks and, if you don't get on with it, send it back for a full refund excluding P&P. They are reliable in my experience. You will need to become a member, easy-peasy, when you want to order phone 0800 50 40 30 with your debit/credit card handy.
You've just missed a "TSV" on 8 March. A Today's Special Value is where QVC put together a package and charge a special low price for it, it often works out (with Liz Earle's stuff) very good value indeed. Some of their beauty TSVs they claim to sell at one-third or less of the 'ml-for-ml price', but I take that with a pinch of salt.
That's enough for now.

I like the Light one Jeannie
Inless you're dry or like a heavier moisturiser try the light.
Sorry light is oily.
But its not IYKWIM
I use light & I don't have oily skin, sort of normal
But I don't like heavy creams much, specially not for the day.
Are you going to get the little 30ml spritzer as an extra, believe me it will make your skin tonic go m-u-c-h further
Its under products then cleanse.tone & moisturise0 -
The cleanse & polish does every one
The skin tonic the same
Its only the moisturiser thats different.
I think I may get some of the normal as well to use as a night creme, but if I were buying one, them light/oily, because her stuff is so rich anyone.

If you find the dry too heavy for daytime you can always buy the light & keep it for night time.
You will be using it from now on, I promise.0 -

I know MrsE
Found this on that site:
http:/www.aromantic.co.uk/product.php?productid=3920&cat=0&page=1
But how would you use the powder???
Could you sprinkle it in the bath??? In water to bathe face??
I'm useless at maths and to work out how much to what etc would do my head in!
On same page lower down it shows pots of base cream.
Essex Girl - the above site has LOADS and LOADS of stuff to make your own make up - just don't know how or have time to do it. Maybe we all ought form a company!!Genie
