Twix
yes please. They've stopped giving out application forms for this card and my application for one is "on hold" while they update their forms to comply with new fsa regulations...apparently.
I'm thinking clubcard plus will be no more...Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?

Tip for buying the Birds Eye Beef in Gravy:
Buy 24 packs at a time. It will cost you £15.84. Use a joey voucher to get that down to £12.84. You'll get 1215 points for that spend. Even if you were to use the vouchers in store, you'll be getting £12.15 of vouchers back for spending £12.84 on beef. That makes the 24 packs of beef only 69p. Obviously, it's better to use the points on clubcard deals, though (£48.60 on clubcard deals).
If you buy large quantities, they'll still only allow one joey voucher (most of the time). Split it up into chunks of 24 to make the most of the deal.In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?
It's time to make that change.

My mum gave me her clubcard vouchers and I've also bought some on ebay and I changed them to tokens myself with no problems at all.
Ask friends and family, if they're going to use them to pay for groceries, offer to buy them off them, that way they dont lose out and you gain because they're worth four times as much!
I've got Tesco credit card and I get 1 point for every £2 I spend anywhere. if I shop in Tesco then you get points on them as well. I'm currently getting points on :-
tesco home phone(all phone calls)
powergen gas
powergen electric
petrol
shopping
recycling old ink cartridges and old mobiles.
sign up for all the clubs too! Kids, baby and toddler, wine club, food club and healthy living. Some people on here have put their pets names in the kids and babies clubs just to get vouchers!
Register your friends and family for the clubs as well because if they get more vouchers to boost their points, you will gain if you have/buy their vouchers!
The last time I sent off for deals tokens, I sent some of mine, my mums and my sister in laws and got the tokens back three days later.
Well chuffed!
I gave hubbie one of the keyfob clubcards so that when he fills up the work van (£75 a pop) we get the pointsJust need to remind him to do it now as he hasn't been!
Fluffybunny I'm glad they still do the recycling mobile offer, I think I read that it gets you 500 points but I had a look on the website and couldn't see any mention of it. Did you see it in store? or through the website??

recycling of mobile phones now gets you 300 points (if the phone is in working order) and £1 goes to charity0

Can someone clarify how people are booking deals already?
I thought to get the deals coupons you have to have the printed tesco vouchers. I do not get these regularly though probably about 3 times a year.
So if I went down to Tescos and bough a load of beef in gravy it would be 3 -4 months before I could book my holiday. Is this right? Have I got the wrong end of the stick?0 -
Yip that's basically right tony. The points would be included in your next voucher mailing and you'd then exchange your vouchers for deals tokens. I've just bought some beef today, but I've missed the date for this time round. I'll need to wait until whenever the next load of vouchers get sent out to take advantage of the beef points.Herman - MP for all!0

Next voucher mailing (after the August mailing) is due out in November. In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?

Funny you should say that. Several years ago Tesco were doing an offer where if you sent in your receipts they gave you train vouchers, it was very lucrative!
My oldest son was at the scrabbling around on the floor stage then and he became an expert in finding receipts to add to my own and he was really chuffed one day to find a fiver as well under a trolley.

My own stores don't seem to know anything about these recycling offers which is a shame as I have a couple of phones I no longer want. When they were doing the ink cartridge recycling they knew nothing about that either and I emailed in for some bags and was told they would be sent in 14 days but despite sending a follow up email I never received any.
