    Good afternoon.

Not a very good Friday here, my TD is on the blink. 2 error codes flashing often one is pump and the other is heater circuit (found what they mean online) I was just mentioning on another thread about how the new stuff never lasts like the old stuff used to do, my last one was nearly 30 years old, this ones not even 3 years old!!!! Wouldn't care if it'd been overused but I only use it in the winter time when I really have to. Well they are covered with a parts warranty but have been looking to see what 'fixes' are recommended first for DP to have a look as I don't know what they charge for fitting/service calls (parts must be fitted by their engineers as usual!) it cost me about £500 so I don't want to just throw it out. He'll probably have time to look at it on Wednesday so just typical that we're having cack weather so I need it more! I wondered why things weren't drying then I noticed the stuff was cold, no wonder....they say it comes in 3s, that's the FF, DW and TD on the blink, is that my 3 or does the DW not count as it's not mine?

Anyway, rant over for now. Dinner been eaten, early because DP needed to go to work, and will do boys some supper later. Weather is being a nightmare, I went to put some washing out to dry earlier thinking it'd turned out nice, within 10 minutes it was snowing, I could actually see it coming which was scary watching everything disappear. Both freestanding airers now out and will find the over bath one in a mo. Think all I have done so far is make food and laundry (aswell as clean everything on the TD to see if that fixed it), oh and sneek back to bed for half an hour leaving a recovered (after 12 hours sleep) DP to watch the little guys :D he's still got a headache and sore throat (same as me) but the sickness has stopped.

He's gone to work now, I'm back in my PJ bottoms, it's taking a foot up the bum to get the dogs to go in the garden for a pee because of the weather so no point trying to drag them and the kids out.

Not planning on doing much this evening, going to see what stuff is on tele, boys have some reading to do, kitchen needs a tidy up but that is about all really.
One day I might be more organised...........

    Pig Scabs? Pork scratchings? NO...

Nor scampi fries took a notion to eat them with strawberry ice cream when pregnant with DS1 not looked at them since. Don't think they would taste the same without a dollop of Mr.Whippy....

I like Beef Jerky! Cos I can chews it! Think that means I am an angry person if I prefere chewy food but so what?

    LOL!

Right DS2 napping so can't get their bedroom done yet. Just going to go up and clear out the cupboard in our room with the towels and bedding in. It's all mixed up and there is old stuff in and what not.

Oh WM finished, can shove in another load, Mount Washme is going down! *dons hiking gear*

:rotfl: Pigpen, I'd just sit tight honey, if he's anything like my partner, he's a right pain when something isn't going right. I just tend to try to keep out of the way :D

Speaking of which he was weird today, he made his own sandwiches for work, must be years since he last did that, weird. Oh and he's working on cleaning the inside of the conservatory roof (took him 5 days so far, he's doing a bit at a time because it makes his back hurt lol ) because he got his hands dirty sealing it, to be honest he could be doing something more useful, ok it's manky up there and I don't think it's EVER been cleaned, but there are other more noticable things he could be doing, but not going to moan any help is better than none!

My craving was peanuts with DS1 (but weren't supposed to have them) and toothpaste with DS2 :o I used to go to friends toilets so I could eat their toothpaste :o

LG those shoes are lovely, the frock is just fab, you're going to look amazing!!

likklegibbon - love the dress and the shoes - very elegant. have you seen there is a 15% off code on Quidco?
pollybear - it is nice when someone puts some thought into something for you no matter how small

I have done the worst of the ground floor, plus my car. I also planted lots of trays of seeds and put them in the greenhouse. The cats really are in disgrace now though, not only are they useless with mice but they have already slept on the seedlings. You don't want to know what the kitten thought the one covered in vermiculite (sp?) was for.......

    Evening everyone,
Haven't managed to do much today when for breakfast and it was great, had a bit of a sore head and throat but now ears are sore and i'm very achy. Wrapped up in a blanket giving of that it's cold but fires on and everyone else is fine. Dose myself up in stuff tonight and bed early.

lg love the dress and shoes, my MIL was away shopping this week and heard this woman talking about trying to get a bag to match her wedding outfit, the only bag that matched right was 2000 pounds.

Pregnancy number 1 i was addicted to Lukozad(sp) and twister ice lollies my sugar was through the roof.
Pregnancy number 2 was McDonald's quarter pounder burger and there strawberry milkshake.
Pregnancy number 3 was milkshake and mars bar.
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.
    :j :j
