So far having a fabulous day - DS is being a star and has had a nice morning and is very proud of his new library books! Got most of my list crossed off, done quite a bit of flying and just got to nip to Boots for some 3 for 2 nappies. Sun has been shining but its gone very dark and cold very quickly so fetched washing in as its starting to dizzle.

ok, i've had a thought. i've only got one hand at the moment so can i only do half the list pigpen . ok, ok that was a joke!

dh came home last night after being at our friends house which is open plan. he's decided he wants to swap the living room with the dining room and then knock the wall down between the new dining room and kitchen. it's a great idea but....i'm staying very quiet about it. on the plus side, he'll have to get a structural engineer in before he does anything. why do men do this just after we've decorated?

i've been listening to readers at school all morning so i'm going to start my list now;

Mad Monday - Living room, Hallway, Stairs
Level One
remove clutter from floors, chairs and fireplace
Level Two
Vacuum floors and sofas
Wipe and water neglected plants
Dust those flat fluffy surfaces
Polish the porch
Level Three
Vacuum under the furniture you can move
Clean windows, pictures, mirrors etc.
Clear a hotspot
Vacuum hall and stairs
Extras

• Wipe woodwork in the hall and stairs
• Wipe front door.. inside and out! [strike]
  
• Delete 10 links in your favourites which are dead or no longer used!!!
• [/strike]Sort that corner full of shoes and coats and bags... I know you all put this off so get it sorted.. before the better weather hits!!

i'm at hospital again tomorrow for x-rays and a new cast so i need to do as much as possible as it took over three hours last week. oh joy i'll take a book!

hmmm window cleaner may be a bit suspicous of me now after I opened back door to let dog out, screamed loudly and in a bit of a tantrum 'Oh For F**** Sake! I'm sick of these Fkkking gates being left open!' then threw them closed (propped open with My Kids Toys I may add!) locked them then noticed one in the next garden as I stormed back inside! :rotfl:

He is getting told not to come back if he is brave enough to come asking for cash (usually they wait till a thurs night and collect all the money from the street). Last time they were left propped open all day and when we let the dog out at night he ran off and had an adventure. Well we didn't think to check the gates as we knew we left them locked and the neighbours (who all have access) always lock them afterwards. Leaving them unlocked is one thing, but propped open? With My Kids Toys too!!! :mad: :mad: :mad: I'm in quite a strop about it too!

Problem with lino for utility - all creased so godness knows when I can get WM/TD back in here but anyway the bit under cooker is sorted and I miss that more!!!

Going to need to leave soon to ferry stuff out of the house so will need to hope I have some energy left after dentist to tackle the landing (and maybe the last bits in our room)

Ok, not a bad start. Just finishing my coffee and then I'll crack on with the porch. Also need to return Dads car to him. I think I'll drive over there and walk back, so that fits in my excercise for today.
