  • That is so annoying! But at least they told you, last hospital appt i took LO to they changed without letting me know:mad: I got there and the miserable cow on the front desk was just like, 'oh thats been changed'. Well it would have been nice if they could have let me know:rolleyes:

Yeah I've had this too! And both Dh and I had taken the day off work - losing two days pay!

The woman on the desk was just like "it's the consultant's holiday"! I was steaming because I can totally understand it if they get called away for an emergency but a holiday!!!!!!
Tomorrow is a new day with no mistakes in it yet...

Emtied WM to find that DH had managed to pick up a nappy with wash load and all the little absorbent things were all over my washing. Just hope it was a clean one!!

    Morning all

Only one load of washing today (DD is on holiday!). Out on the line blowing well, I think it's nearly dry.

I did the kitchen this morning because Monday is still kitchen day for me, but I also gave the living room a really good dusting (moved stuff and everything :D) and pulled the furniture out to vacuum. The cat was on the settee but he never even flinched when I pulled it out and vacuumed behind. The other cat won't even stay in the same room as the vacuum.

Did the computer desk which is in the hallway, the hall and the stairs too.

Shopping being delivered tomorrow and I'll have Corrie on tape so I won't have to feel bad about not doing much ;)

Going to see if any washing is dry now.

I've had that too for DD4's orthopaedic appointment.. I went insane.. at the front desk and had full reimbursement for the travel expenses.. no loss of earnings but I'd have claimed them back if there had been!
