Forgot to say that Aldi are selling DK wool -five 100gram balls for about £3.49.
I bought a nice deep red colour of wool ready to knit squares - once I check the needle size that I have somewhere.

Have just cleared up after a late lunch - salad potatoes, leeks, green beans, mushy peas and asparagus with home made cheese sauce. salmon fillet for DH and chicken Kiev or veggie burger for the rest of us.
    "This site is addictive!"
Wooligan 2 squares for smoky - 3 squares for HTA
    Preemie hats - 2.

smokybabe - I don't quite know what to say. You and Eric, and the rest of your family are in my thoughts and prayers. Remember that we're all here to support you in whatever way you wish.

I was going to come on here and tell you what a terrible week that I'd had, but it nowhere near compares to smoky. I'll leave it for another, more appropriate day.
