Hi everyone I joined then didnt post oops. well today I have counted up and I have 25 squares and 4 blankets, a cardigan and a toddler hat :-). so will get them posted off to the right places tomorrow. Is nearly knitting season for me again, so bring it on !!!!

Hi everyone - hope you all had a good weekend.

Queen of String - good to hear from you!

I have made some more IS hats and so has my Mum; I thought I'd lost the first ten that I made and was worried that they had been posted to Loving Hands by mistake; luckily I tracked them down. My knitting corner is such a muddle because I have too many things on the go! Anyway, I'll get the new ones 'pom-pom'd' and then post them off tomorrow.

Hi Pippa - glad things are getting back to normal for you - it's been a hectic few weeks, hasn't it? I'll update a bit later on - have been held up today by an unexpected vist from DS2 and having DH at home for the day! I'll get very little done but at least he's been able to take my car in for its MOT which has saved me the bother!

Hi Kathy yes it has been rather hectic, I said to OH yesterday, I would love to be in the house long enough to get bored

I have got a few things done today though, amongst them the parcels for the LH site and Preemies UK. Havent seen any post's from Shelley for a while.
I also got the squares sent off to Belinda for OECS, that I did a couple of weeks ago (I havent counted them in though)

BTW do you know when the judging takes place for the boob comp? It seems to have gone quiet.

Well I am off to do a bit more knitting, Mum gave me all her old patterns, and knitting needles lots of sizes, also some circular needles size 4mm about 3 of those.
Goodness knows what I am going to do with them all

Hi there - haven't had chance to log on today - DS2's cat in need of emergency treatment so have been helping out with that!

Pippa - I have no idea about the 'boob' judging; no-one has mentioned it on Loving Hands. If I get a chance later I will ask. Other people must be wondering, too! Circular needs are great for knitting things without seams, like socks and so on. If you google something like 'knitting on circular needles' or 'knitting in the round' you should find something! Hope you have time to get bored today!

Shelley - good to hear from you. I still have a parcel for you which I will definitely send off this week.
