Mrs Moneypenny - I have pm'd MSE Andrea and asked if I can have an 'approved' link so watch this space! I do hope I can because it will help with bringing the Wooligans to the attention of more people. If not, I will have to think of something else!
I still haven't updated today but will try to this evening. I have had to do a lot of typing for DH which I want to get off in the post first thing tomorrow morning. Once that's done I shall be able to concentrate a bit more on the knitting. I feel I've neglected it lately, what with DH's work and my having to re-install so much stuff that I lost when my computer crashed a week ago!
Will call back later.

I got a lovely thank you card this morning from instant smoothies, with a really nice hand written comment inside thanking me for the hard work and saying which of my hats was their favourite (it was a gold crown decorated with sequins and beads).
Hi mrs-m I got one too, thanking me for all of mine, and saying they especially liked the stripey mexican hat with earflaps.
I think someone is going to end up with writers cramp :rotfl:
But what a lovely thought isnt it?

Hi Kathy shame about the link, I hope you have some luck with the MSE team.
Can you update me with 1 matinee jacket please.
Sorry my posts are so short this week but I have a lot on with Mum being ill.

Hi all - I will update tomorrow morning; I hope no-one minds but I have been so busy with DH's work that I need to empty my head of words like 'scaffolding', 'render', 'ridge tiles' and so on - yawn! I have finished all his written work today - I'm sure he knew at the beginning of the week that there was loads to do but just craftily sneaked it on to the pile on my desk, hoping I wouldn't notice. Still, it keeps the pennies coming in so I shouldn't grumble!
Mrs Moneypenny - you've done so well with your boobs - that's five pairs you've completed! Well done!
Pippa - please don't apologise for 'short' posts. You have a lot to do and I would hate anyone to feel obliged to keep knitting or to keep coming on here when they are busy. We all have other commitments and they have to come first. I hope your Mum gets better very soon.
I haven't posted my hats yet - I'll post them on Saturday; I just have to add some bobbles and plaits to two of them. I shall post a photo of them when they are finished.
Well, off to sit down and knit.

Hi everyone.
Pippa - I'm updating now - I shall list your matinee jacket under 'cardigans' if that's OK with you!
I've done two more IS hats - I want to get them all posted tomorrow so will try and do another two tonight. I've also nearly finished knitting a handbag for one of my nieces as a Christmas pressie. I'm hoping to get one pressie made a week from now on because I have lots of nieces and nephews (and some great nieces and nephews, too) so it will be handbags for the girls and scarves for the boys. I want to keep them simple so that they are quick to make and then I can also make for Loving Hands, too. I don't know about anyone else but, when I've been really busy - like yesterday, doing loads of typing for DH - I find knitting so soothing; I really don't know what I would do without it. It's enjoyable and therapeutic to do, constructive and useful to others - what better way to spend your time, especially on a cold winter's evening!
Anyway, I shall stop 'mioliering' and update now - sorry it's been a couple of days since I last updated!
Thanks to everyone for your constant hard work!
KathyXX
